Stream 2.1.2 release notes

Here are the release notes for EverTrust Stream v2.1.2, released on 2025-07-08.

The Akka framework has been replaced by Pekko. It can lead to configuration changes if you manually manage the Stream configuration.

  • [STM-1250] - Registered ID SAN is now supported

3. Bug Fixes

  • [STM-1247] - The remove basicConstraints option is now displayed properly again

  • [STM-1253] - RPM packaging no longer fails during installation

  • [STM-1256] - Fixed incorrect key types shown when creating a new Hybrid CA

  • [STM-1260] - Updates to certificate template SANs now work correctly

4. Known Defects

  • [STM-1302] - RSA-1024 keys are no longer available for software keystores

  • [STM-1320] - After migrating to 2.1.x some CRL can no longer be downloaded, a workaround is available here
