System requirements

To run Horizon Client the underlying system must comply with the following minimum requirements :

For certificate lifecycle purposes

  • 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 1 or more cores

  • 1 gigabyte (GB) of RAM for Linux environments

  • 2 gigabyte (GB) of RAM for Microsoft environments

  • 10 gigabyte (GB) or larger storage device

For discovery purposes

  • 2 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores

  • 2 gigabyte (GB) of RAM for Linux environments

  • 4 gigabyte (GB) of RAM for Microsoft environments

  • 20 gigabyte (GB) or larger storage device

Operating system requirements

The following elements are considered as operating system requirements:

  • AIX (64-bit);

  • Linux (64-bit);

  • Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit);

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016 (64-bit);

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (64-bit);

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2022 (64-bit);
