Stream 1.2.0 release notes

Here are the release notes for EverTrust Stream v1.2.0, released on 2023-11-07.

stream-upgrade tool no longer supports mongo legacy shell. mongosh is now required.
Stream no longer support MongoDB version 4.4. You need to upgrade MongoDB to at least the version 5.0 before upgrading Stream to 1.2.0
